Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions intercompany activity, and preparation of tax forms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions


• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered


• Payroll Processing


• General Ledger Reconciliation


• Preparation of Financial Statements and Cash flows


• Analyze budgets and other financial information


• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable


• Complete required sales tax forms for online payment

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field


• Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position


• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)


• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems


• Strong mathematical and analytical skills


• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Compensation: $55,000.00 per year
