We are currently seeking a Flooring Estimator / Installation Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for materials and labor across a variety of flooring projects.
• Maintain well-organized job files, including project documentation, schedules, and communication records.
• Request pricing from vendors and negotiate material costs to support competitive project budgets.
• Enter, track, and manage orders within the RFMS computer system to ensure accuracy and prevent project delays.
• Collaborate closely with sales, project managers, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel , for estimating, budgeting, and tracking.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $60K-$80K per year
