Juice Master

:

We are seeking a juice maker at our new Juicery. We are looking for a candidate to train in the daily juice making operations of the business. This would include batching produce per the recipes, washing/prepping produce, pressing juice, bottling juice, and clean up. Responsibilities will also include taking daily inventory of produce/ordering and bottle labeling. ***Culinary experience is preferred for the position. Candidate must have some sort of food handling experience.

Juice Society is a Cold-Pressed Organic Juicery specializing in Cold-Pressed Juice. Juice Society will offer a number of organic all natural premium super food items such as Cold Press Juice, Non Dairy Nut Mylks, Açaí bowls, Pitaya bowls, and Smoothies using locally sourced organic products and produce for their menu. Juice Society will become a modern health and wellness hub for Estero and surrounding areas serving healthy food/juice that is delicious and conveniently accessible. Juice Society will engage the community by taking an approach to foodservice that is unique within the area. Qualifications:

• Ideally have some experience with food handling
• Reliable
• Strong time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
• Strong organizational, communication

• Flexible schedule
• Stand for extended periods of time (6+ Hours)
• Serve all items in a timely manner in accordance with recipes
• Own and promote brand standards in alignment with our company's vision

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
