HVAC Install Helper
Rainaldi Home Services, a family-owned business with a 47-year legacy, specializes in residential HVAC service and repair. We are currently seeking an HVAC Install Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist the lead installer in residential HVAC change-outs. Responsibilities
- Assist the lead installer in residential HVAC change-outs.
- Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC (3 years preferred).
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- EPA Type II certification (preferred).
Compensation
The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 .
