Marketing Associate
- Maintain and update cost reporting across various marketing initiatives and channels.
- Reconcile marketing expenses against invoices, purchase orders and budgets, working closely with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate timely vendor payments, manage vendor relationships and assist with new vendor onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Execute ad hoc operational projects to support the Marketing Team.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, invoices, and reports simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers, budgets, and reconciliations.
- Time management and organizational skills to ensure timely payment processing and accurate reporting.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and liaise with vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- One (1) year of professional experience ideally in marketing, finance, billing operations or similar.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
