Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year current Hospital acute care, IP Rehab or SNF experience
• Must be able to work varied Day shift hours

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift: Days
• Working Hours: 0830-1700
• Weekends: One weekend per month, will get weekdays off to balance out
• Floating: Candidates may be required to float to other facilities
