We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, inputting bills, handling mailings, processing rental paperwork, inputting/distributing maintenance work orders, and providing excellent customer service to residents and guests. This position requires a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm
