Front Desk Receptionist
Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator – American Pediatric Dental Group.
Location: Pembroke Pines, FL.
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to handle all front office functions for our practice. Your role will prioritize the needs of patients, parents, and guardians, creating a positive and welcoming experience for all.
Hours:
- Monday & Thursday: 9:15 AM – 6:30 PM.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Saturday: 8:15 AM – 1:30 PM.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- Experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with PCs and adaptability to learn new software programs.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple locations as needed.
