We are a growing aviation oxygen services company. Our aircraft component maintenance division, Omnigas Systems is based in Miami , and specializes in aviation component maintenance services for MROs, parts distributors, and end users . This position will also have the opportunity to work on OEM sales campaigns.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Inside Sales and Service Representative to join our customer service team and to drive new business growth and expand our industry presence. In this role, you will:

• Quote and update Customers on the Status of their Workorders.
• Process Quotes and Get Approvals
• Maintain portals for customer approvals
• Maintain and update a sales prospecting database to track leads and opportunities.
• Cross-sell all products in our portfolio , leveraging existing relationships to maximize sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, focused on Business and General Aviation Customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in aviation sales , with a proven ability to close customers .
• Strong Knowledge of Component Controls Quantum Software.
• Strong understanding of the aviation maintenance industry .
• Exceptional sales discipline , including prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company goals.
• Ability to travel.
• Formal aviation training (Pilot’s License, A&P training, or BS in Aviation) is preferred but not required .
