Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Electrical Services

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that values innovation, growth, and excellence in service We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled  Inside Sales Representative  with a background in electrical engineering to support our sales operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into an  Outside Sales  position after gaining experience and industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver professional quotes, proposals, and scopes of work for electrical services.
• Collaborate with engineering and field teams to ensure accurate technical details in proposals.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Support Outside Sales team with lead qualification, scheduling, and documentation.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and services relevant to EEE offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow into a client-facing sales role.

Growth Opportunity:

After a minimum of 1 year in the Inside Sales role, qualified candidates will be considered for transition into an Outside Sales Representative position, with expanded responsibilities in client relationship management, field visits, and strategic account development.
