Practice Manager Opportunity - Multi-Location Healthcare Clinic (Illinois)
Locations: Salem, IL and Mt. Vernon, IL
Position Overview:
The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and administrative management of two clinic locations. This role serves as a key liaison between clinic operations and corporate support teams, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, revenue optimization, and high-quality patient care. The Practice Manager will work closely with executive leadership, including the Chief Operating Officer (COO), to implement business initiatives and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing daily clinic operations across multiple locations
Standardizing workflows and monitoring operational KPIs
Coordinating with corporate teams such as IT, HR, Accounting/Payroll, and Revenue Cycle Management
Supporting revenue cycle operations, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives
Supervising administrative staff and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, and Illinois regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
3–7+ years of healthcare practice management experience
Experience managing multi-location clinic operations
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and payer processes
This is an on-site role requiring presence across both clinic locations, with schedule flexibility based on operational needs.
