Business Intelligence Lead
Lead the future of enterprise analytics in a high-impact, executive-visible role. This opportunity is ideal for a senior BI professional who wants to move beyond dashboards and take ownership of strategy, architecture, and team leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts
- Own and execute the BI strategy aligned with business goals
- Architect scalable solutions using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Semantic Models, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines)
- Integrate data from Azure Databricks and SAP into unified analytics models
- Deliver executive-level dashboards and real-time insights (Power BI/Tableau)
- Promote data governance, quality, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams
What You Bring
- 10+ years of BI experience with team leadership
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based BI solutions
- Experience with Azure Databricks and modern data architecture
- Advanced Power BI (Tableau a plus)
- SQL required; Python or R preferred
- ERP/SAP analytics experience preferred
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
