What You'll Do... As a Senior Accountant, you'll take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, lead special projects, and help train and support junior team members. You'll work closely with management to ensure all financial practices align with GAAP, IFRS, and company policies, all while leveraging SaaS-based tools and cloud accounting platforms to streamline processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and drive efficiency across the finance function. You'll prepare and submit journal entries with proper documentation, reconcile complex general ledger accounts, analyze financial data for discrepancies and make adjustments, as well as assist in preparing annual budgets.

Who You Are... What does it take to be a successful Senior Accountant at Turner Pest Control? For starters, you'll be enthusiastic and dedicated with a high attention to detail and drive to get things right! You'll also have...

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting (experience in a SaaS, Tech, or Service focused business preferred)
• Your CPA certification or actively be pursuing certification (preferred)
• Robust experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and budgeting
• Well honed skills in identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial data
• The ability to review and guide junior team members through complex tasks
• Confidence in working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
• A growth mindset - always learning, always improving
• The ability to be a positive, up-beat, team-player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
