Client Services Administrator (CSA)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Client Services Administrator (CSA) works with the Operations Manager and Director of Operations to support operations, delivery and sales in providing the necessary services and documents for the Company’s clients. This includes creating and executing NDA’s for prospective clients, creating contracts for new clients and tracking client renewals and other client requirements. The CSA will also assist operations, delivery and sales teams in various evolving roles as a member of the Operations Team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with oversight of the execution of projects in accordance with the 360 Advanced playbook
- Create and Manage contracts for new and existing clients
- Track client renewals, schedule and attend renewal calls and closing calls and create necessary sales handoffs for required SOW’s
- Attend scoping calls (scheduled by Practice Director)
- Create change orders as necessary
- Manage the red-line process in contract negotiations with prospective and current clients
- Prepare Letters of Engagement / Bridge Letters when requested
- Determine if Assignment Letter is needed after a business change / acquisition and prepared and execute necessary documents
- Work with the Operations Manager to ensure signed contracts are on the schedule
- Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases
- Assist accounting with delegated tasks

- 1-2 years related experience
- Highly Organized, dependable, flexible, and efficient
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Multi-tasker and ability to “wear many hats” and meet changing deadlines
- Maintain staff confidentiality
- Team-focused
- Type at least 40 words per minute
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other presentation software.
- Professional appearance and communication skills – the ability to act as an ambassador for our company
- Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
- Interest and familiarity with technology, business operations, and strategy
