Division Assistant/Front Desk Support

Role Overview

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking a Division Assistant/Front Desk Support to assist a busy insurance defense firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and prior law firm experience. Candidate must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, as well as, the ability to work independently.

What You Bring:

• Two or more years of law firm experience
• Experience using multi-line phone system
• Fully computer literate to include MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
• Document profiling
• Invoice processing
• General office experience
• Experience supporting legal assistants and attorneys

Requirements

Your Day to Day:

This position provides administrative and general office support which includes over-flow and back-up support to office services; processing invoices; supporting legal assistants/attorneys; answering phones; profiling and managing physical and electronic mail; and other duties as assigned. This is an in-person position.
