Main Responsibilities:
A manufacturing scheduling coordinator is a professional who plans and coordinates production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize operations . They are responsible reviewing production specifications, identifying and resolving capacity and resource issues, and reporting on production status and performance . They also provide logistical and administrative support for material procurement and product shipping, both domestically.
- Works as part of a production team to assemble and prepare Job Boards for the production team to use for producing components needed for installation.
- Is often tasked with researching jobs to make sure all product is scheduled and accounted for. Sometimes requiring reprints of components of a job.
- This position works closely as an important liaison between the scheduling department and manufacturing, and manufacturing and installation.
- Working with other managers to address production issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
- Reviewing work orders to ensure that all manufacturing processes are completed correctly
- This position is often tasked with troubleshooting scheduling issues or catching potential issues while reviewing the order.
- Printing labels and placing the labels on job boards.
- Work-lace organization is key to this position.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Job is performed while standing.

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
- Experienced in manufacturing.
- Must be computer literate,
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to analyze and solve problems as they arise.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
