Global SIOP Planner

Danfoss is looking for a Global SIOP Planner to join our team onsite at our facility in Tallahassee, FL.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Key contributor to the success of Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process; responsible for creating and maintaining schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and working collaboratively with production, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure that orders are shipped on-time, and inventory levels are optimized;
• Coordinate with sales and factory planners to develop and execute strategic plans and schedules for manufacturing, inventory planning;
• Responsible for identifying bottle necks for the business to execute the plan and coordinate discussions to resolve these with the stakeholders;
• Work with manufacturing leaders to expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions; generate consensus production plan for a 3-12 month rolling horizon that supports the agreed upon product demand plans.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations.
• 3 years experience with Planning and Scheduling; MTO/ETO manufacturing environments; and SAP MM/P2P/SD processes
• 2 years experience with global or multi-site planning experience; inventory and SS management evaluation; S&OE and S&OP with implementation; and maintaining a global multi-factory forecast (e.g., Anaplan)
• Relevant professional certification, either CSCP, CPIM, or ISM

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year
