Commercial HVAC Account Manager

Seeking a driven and experienced Commercial HVAC Account Manager to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients. This role blends technical knowledge, customer relationship management and business development to deliver tailored HVAC solutions that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring an exceptional level of service is provided.
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits and check-ins to assess system performance and anticipate needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and facility managers.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify opportunities for service agreements, equipment upgrades, energy efficient solutions and retrofit projects.
• Prepare and deliver detailed proposals estimates, and ROI presentations.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals in alignment with revenue goals.
• Work closely with Operations teams, Service, Retrofit and Maintenance to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
• Monitor ongoing work to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to contract scope.
• Resolve client issues proactively and act as the point person for escalations.

Account Strategy & Growth

• Analyze customer portfolios to analyze needs and create Cap Ex reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and follow up.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding service quality and client satisfaction.

Industry & Product Knowledge

• Stay current on HVAC technologies, energy regulations and market trends.
• Attend industry events, training sessions, and manufacturing briefings as needed.
• Educate clients on system functionality, maintenance best practices, and long-term energy savings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, building systems, or facilities management, or equivalent Field experience and knowledge.
• Solid understanding of HVAC equipment, systems and controls.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Drivers license, clean background and able to pass drug screen.
