We are seeking a skilled Restaurant and Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic casual and fast casual dining establishment. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead kitchen and service staff to provide an exceptional dining experience. Your key focus will be on maintaining food quality, safety compliance, efficient scheduling, and fostering a motivated team of 10-25 employees. This role offers career advancement opportunities and requires managing restaurant operations without travel or multi-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen and service staff activities
• Ensure high standards of food quality and ingredient freshness
• Create and adjust weekly staff schedules using scheduling software
• Train, develop, and lead a team of 10-25 employees
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory oversight and coordinate with the team
• Utilize POS and communication platforms for effective operations
• Maintain clear communication and resolve conflicts among staff

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Proficiency with food safety standards and regulations
• Expertise in customer service and conflict resolution
• Experience with scheduling software and inventory management
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
• Effective time management in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
