The Store Operations Associate plays a vital role in supporting a single-store retail environment by assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and attractive sales floor. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this position ensures smooth day-to-day operations and a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and process sales efficiently
- Maintain floor organization and set up appealing product displays
- Support inventory management
- Replenish stock to ensure product availability
- Collaborate with the team to meet store goals
Required
• Conversational Spanish and English
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• University degree in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations
- Strong customer service and sales processing skills
- Experience in Shopify
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
