What You’ll Learn & Do:
• Shadow and assist senior administrators managing daily operations
• Develop skills in personnel management—recruiting, training, evaluating, and more
• Get involved in budgeting, finance, and revenue forecasting

Who Should Apply:
• Candidates pursuing the 1,000‑hour or 2,000‑hour AIT program
• 1,000‑hour applicants:
Degree in Health Care Administration or related fields with required coursework
• 2,000‑hour applicants:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care management
• Prior management and business development experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are a must
• Experience in operations, HR, accounting, marketing, and admissions is highly valued
