OverviewEgis Insurance & Risk Advisors, a Gallagher Company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to deliver exceptional insurance and risk management solutions to our growing client base.
How you'll make an impact- Analyze and compare exposures and offer easy to understand explanation of coverages.
- Deliver outstanding client service by assisting clients with coverage and billing questions, processing policy changes, new business insurance, and renewals.
- Implement client insurance policy administrative processes, including managing renewal applications, tracking renewals, new policy set-up, online rating, invoicing, accounts receivables monitoring, audits, contract review and policy review.
- Manage and process certificates of insurance and auto identification cards.
- Maintain current and accurate policy information in the agency management system.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with customers, insurance carriers, brokers, coworkers and managers.
- Assist with office projects and presentations a needed.
- Attend client meetings and site visits as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Florida 2-20 License required.
- 6 years of commercial lines experience with a commercial insurance agency.
- AMS360 and/or EPIC software experience and Microsoft excel proficiency a plus.
- 2-year college degree or greater is desired.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial coverages including general liability, property, directors and officers, errors and omissions, workers’ compensation, and auto.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work independently and to engage in collaboration as an integral member of the Egis Account Management Team.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks accurately within a designated timeline.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
