Finance and Operations Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IAS standards.
• Manage general ledger accounting and ensure proper account reconciliation processes are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors and manage public accounting requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, including financial planning and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, services, and accounting principles.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present financial information to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are essential.
