Industrial Structural Designer

Job Title: Designer/Engineer - Mfg/Process/Industrial III

Location: Titusville, FL - 32780
Salary Range / Rate: $50/hr - $60/hr W2 (USD)

Technical Expertise
o Proficiency in 2D CAD (e.g., AutoCAD)
o Project Management and schedule development
o Excellent written, presentation (PowerPoint summary), and verbal communication skills – and – comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
o Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

R esponsibilities:
· Build rate and capacity models for tooling and inventory to understand storage needs
· Manage relationships in a cross-functional environment with Manufacturing Engineering, Tool Engineering, Operations, and other key stakeholders
· Build storage layouts in AutoCAD
· Lead design reviews and ensure thorough documentation of all technical decisions
· Research and validate design and contractual requirements are met
· Participate in Kaizen events
· Coordinate movement of inventory with our Operations and Cranes & Transport team
