Office Support Worker
Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from high school and college students concerning scholarships and grants.
The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support a plus
Must have strong job tenure Applicants must pass a level 2 screening background check, that includes fingerprinting for statewide criminal and juvenile records checks through the Department of Law Enforcement, and federal criminal records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and may include local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies.
