As a Client Success Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a positive experience with our services. You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
• Provide timely and accurate information about insurance products and services
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
