Client Success Associate
Description
Garzor Insurance is on the lookout for a Client Success Associate to join our dedicated team remotely. This full-time, remote position is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start their career in the insurance industry while providing exceptional service to our clients.
As a Client Success Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a positive experience with our services. You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. This role is crucial in fostering client relationships and contributing to the overall success of Garzor Insurance.
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $26, along with comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment that encourages professional development and growth within the insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Provide timely and accurate information about insurance products and services
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients
- Contribute to team meetings and share client insights
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and company products
