$100K - $200K+ per year (Uncapped Commission)

Responsibilities

• • Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home consultations with potential customers.
  • Educate homeowners on HVAC system upgrades, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions .
  • Assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals efficiently .
  • Offer flexible financing and promotional options to maximize affordability.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• • Must speak fluent Spanish and English
  • Experience in outside sales or in-home sales (HVAC, windows, roofing, home security, pest control, etc.).
  • Proven success in consultative sales and closing high-ticket deals .
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories to meet with customers.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills .
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends to maximize earning potential.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
