What You'll Do as a Management Trainee

• Participate in a structured training program covering leadership, marketing, and sales fundamentals
  

• Shadow and support managers while learning how to run community outreach campaigns
  

• Lead small teams in live events, public-facing outreach, and promotional activities
  

• Develop skills in campaign planning, donor acquisition, and team development
  

• Assist with daily operations including event logistics, team coordination, and performance tracking
  

• Receive mentorship and feedback from experienced leaders to support your growth
  

• Progress through merit-based advancement into roles like Team Lead, Campaign Manager, or Client Account Manager
