Position Summary

Would you like to join CVS Health supporting our dynamic Distribution Center training team? As a Distribution Center Training Coordinator you are accountable for leading new colleagues through their onboarding experience as well as upskilling existing colleagues.

This is a second shift, on-site position, at the Orlando FL Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classes (in person and virtual)
• Observe/coach colleagues on the floor
• Track and evaluate the progress of colleagues
• Create mitigation plans as needed to help colleagues get back on track
• Ensure colleagues feel welcome and supported at every stage of their learning experience
• Build relationships with leaders within the Distribution Centers

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a distribution center or training delivery role
• 1+ years of experience with coaching and providing feedback
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft office - word, powerpoint, and excel
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Bilingual -Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience facilitating remote training
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $31.10

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
