Job Title: RN CVICU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of CVICU experience required License: Registered Nurse license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: 1 year of travel experience required, CVICU experience Description: High acuity 30-bed ICU. Cares for complex patient conditions including neurosurgery and open heart surgeries. Handles cases of TVAR, septic shock, CRRT, impella, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring. Involves management of pacemakers, advanced drip titration, chest tubes, and DKA. Candidates must be proficient in high-stakes clinical settings.
