Remote Assistant (remote)
We are seeking a remote assistant to join our organic products company at Agriconer. As a remote assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
- Assist with order processing, inventory management, and maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service through phone and email.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of organic products.
- Help maintain and update our online store and product listings.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using office software and online tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Interest in organic products and sustainable living is preferred.
