- Ensure all Configuration Items (CIs) meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Investigate and resolve unauthorized changes to system baselines.
- Collect and analyze data to help track key configuration management metrics.
- Assist in change control reviews and impact assessments.
- Support the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) through audits and updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.🎯 Who We’re Looking For:- A detail-oriented go-getter with a strong interest in IT systems and business processes.

- Exposure to regulatory frameworks like NERC CIP-010.
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or ChangeGear.📚 Requirements:- High School diploma or GED (required)
US Citizen with 7 years of addresses in the US - Must pass background check
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
