Well Water Experience Required – Join a Growing Team

CPRS and Flotilla Partners are currently seeking a skilled Well Water Technician with experience in well systems, pumps, and drilling support to join our service team.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and experienced working with private well systems in residential or light commercial environments.

• Install, service, and troubleshoot well water systems
• Diagnose and repair well pumps, pressure tanks, and related components
• Assist with or support well drilling operations as needed
• Perform maintenance and system checks to ensure proper water flow and pressure
• Identify issues quickly and provide on-site solutions for customers
• Document work performed and communicate clearly with customers and team

• Experience working with well water systems, well pumps, and/or drilling operations
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Professionalism and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to lift, dig, and perform physical work outdoors

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available
• Weekends as needed

• Well technicians, pump installers, or drilling assistants
• Plumbers looking to transition into well water systems
• Hands-on professionals who enjoy field work and problem solving

Requirements

• Clean driving record (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
