As a Cook at Arbor, Your Work Truly Matters

In this role, you will:

• Prepare fresh, high-quality meals using established recipes and menu cycles
• Accommodate special diets and dietary modifications with attention to detail
• Assist with food deliveries, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Work closely with the Dining Director and kitchen team to ensure smooth meal service
• Help create an enjoyable dining experience our residents look forward to every day

We’d Love to Meet You If You Have:

• Previous cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Culinary training or experience in hospitality, senior living, or food service
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, portion control, and kitchen operations
• Experience with large batch cooking preferred
• Experience with special diets or long-term care dining is a plus
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for hospitality and serving others
