We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $74,000 annually, along with a dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and development within the restaurant industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of food service regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss management
• Experience with health-conscious or fast-casual dining concepts is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
