MARKET ASSOCIATE
The Market Associateis responsible for delivering the Royal Way brand service standards while demonstrating exemplary problem resolution skills to our guests at all times. The team member actively listens and extends assistance in order to resolve all guest issues and concerns. A strong guest satisfaction disposition is mandatory, a people person, withgood social skills and a sense of humor. The Market Associate works closely with the 3rdParty Market Vendorsand must possess outstanding hospitality, focused customer service, strong communicationin English and Creole,organizational skills,and effective decision-making abilities. Maintaining a high level of professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
