This exciting position combines hands-on landscaping with driving responsibilities, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and beautiful landscapes. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and team members to job sites.
- Assist in planting, mulching, and maintaining flower beds and gardens.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in safe working order.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Previous experience in Commerical landscape maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, experience with driving trucks with trailers.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and horticultural practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
