The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills, treatment planning expertise, and a commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while working alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical CarePerform comprehensive, periodic, limited, and emergency examsDiagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditionsProvide restorative treatment including fillings, crowns, bridges, build-ups, and cosmetic proceduresPerform extractions, root canal therapy, and removable prosthetic treatment within clinical competencyPlan and restore implant cases when appropriateDeliver emergency and same-day treatment when possibleTreatment Planning & Patient EducationDevelop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findingsClearly communicate treatment recommendations, risks, benefits, and alternativesSupport patient understanding and case acceptance through effective communication and educationTeam CollaborationCollaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, treatment coordinators, and administrative staffFoster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional patient careDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentationFollow HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and state dental board regulationsStay current on best practices and continuing education opportunitiesRequired QualificationsDDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental schoolActive dental license in good standing (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)Current DEA registration (if applicable)Current CPR/BLS certificationStrong clinical judgment and treatment planning skillsAbility to perform comprehensive exams and general dentistry proceduresExcellent communication and patient relationship-building skillsCommitment to ethical, patient-centered carePreferred Qualifications1+ years of clinical experienceExperience in private practice, DSO, or multi-provider environmentsStrong restorative and comprehensive treatment planning experienceExperience with extractions, endodontics, removable prosthetics, and implant restorationsExperience with digital scanners, CBCT, digital radiography, and electronic dental recordsExperience presenting treatment plans and supporting case acceptanceInterest in mentorship, professional growth, and long-term career developmentPractice EnvironmentKreative Dental is a modern, multi-operatory practice focused on clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and teamwork.
