Pay: $50,000 - $80,000 per year + Opportunities for Advancement

Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL and surrounding areas (also have an option for Panama City Beach, FL)

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Tech, you are our front line for keeping customer systems running efficiently, preventing unexpected breakdowns, and mastering your trade skills in the field.

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform comprehensive multi-point inspections, system cleanings, filter changes, and seasonal tune-ups for residential and commercial HVAC systems.

• Basic Repairs & Inspections: Identify wear-and-tear issues, check electrical connections, monitor refrigerant pressures, and report diagnostic findings to senior technicians or home/business owners.

• Customer Communication: Walk customers through maintenance checklists, answer basic questions clearly, and represent Mills with courtesy and professionalism.

• Safety & Standards: Maintain clean job sites, adhere to safety protocols, and keep your company vehicle fully stocked and organized.

• Continuous Learning: Participate in company-paid technical training and shadow Senior Service Techs on complex diagnostic and repair calls.

• Integrity & Character: Honest, dependable, and respectful. You take pride in doing thorough work and treating customers' homes and businesses with care.

• Certifications & Compliance: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required). EPA Universal certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Must pass a background check, pre-employment drug screening, and participate in E-Verify work authorization.

• Customer-First Mentality: Friendly, approachable, and great at communicating with team members and customers.

• Reliability: Self-motivated, punctual, and eager to build a career in the trade.
