Pay: $17.00 $20.00 per hour (based on experience) About the Role
Mulhern Landscape is hiring a Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This is a full-time outdoor position working with a crew completing both lawn maintenance and landscaping work. This role is hands-on and includes a variety of tasks throughout the day, including mowing, trimming, and assisting with landscaping projects. What Youll Do
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Assist with landscaping work including digging, planting, and cleanup.
- Operate equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, and blowers.
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
- Work as part of a team to complete daily assignments.
- Follow company standards and safety expectations.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required.
- Dependable and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including outdoor work and physical tasks throughout the duration of the shift.
This is a physically active outdoor role in Florida weather conditions. Team members should be comfortable working outside throughout the day. Compensation & Schedule
