What We’re Searching For

RallyX is seeking a diligent individual to join our team in a Project Accountant role. We are seeking a team member to support our accounting division with routine financial and administrative functions. This position is designed for a candidate who thrives in a structured environment and is building experience in accounting processes and procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Enter invoices, receipts, and basic financial data into our accounting systems
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements and flag discrepancies for review
• Support month-end close with basic journal entry preparation and documentation
• Communicate with internal teams to gather required paperwork and approvals
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or accounting is a plus.
• 1–3 years of office, administrative, or accounting support experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Willingness to learn accounting systems and processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in our office
