Business Services Supervisor
:
The Business Services Supervisor will maintain strong relationships with the clients and account representatives they serve. This leader will train, develop, and coach their team all the while, establishing success to ensure execution and delivery based on client expectations. Key Responsibilities - Manage internal and external account relationships.
- Maintain effective communication and ensure all client requirements and performance metrics are clear, met, and aligned across all team members with guidance from manager.
- Coach, develop, and empower team members and create a cohesive team environment between team members
- Champion our LDM operating model and ensure team engagement and objectives are achieved
- Establish and deliver success criteria for achieving business goals and objectives
- Track and document business acumen and analytical skills required to support key performance indicators, goals and objectives, and profitability goals
- Assist manager in maintaining and developing assigned staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, and by providing educational opportunities. Counsel and discipline employees as necessary. Plan, monitor and evaluate job performance, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Work directly with in person/remote direct reports, via email & phone to ensure expectations are met and service issues are resolved.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - High School diploma or equivalent required and 5 years of experience required.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred, with 3 years of related experience or at least one year in a role of management/leadership role.
- Experience in the automobile industry or the auction business preferred.
- Customer service experience required.
- Experience coaching and leading others preferred.
- Ability to foster productive and professional internal and external business relationships required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Strong ability to problem solve and de-escalate heated situations required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Good computer software skills necessary. Must possess basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity.
Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
USD 48,200.00 - 72,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $48,200.00 - $72,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
