Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and installation teams to coordinate service and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, both inside and out.
• Regularly manage and update truck inventory to ensure necessary parts and tools are available.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork and service documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide prompt service to customers as needed.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the company.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance technical and professional skills.
• Obtain or be willing to obtain NATE certification, with company support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing residential cooling systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
