Position Overview

Sunrise Landscape is looking for a positive and organized Bid Coordinator to join our team in Tampa, FL. As the main point of contact for clients, you'll manage the bid process from start to finish. You'll work closely with our estimators and be responsible for ensuring all bid documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service personality and a solid understanding of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding bid and proposal inquiries.
• Manage the bid calendar and track all active and upcoming opportunities.
• Review bid solicitations to understand all requirements and deadlines.
• Gather, organize, and prepare all necessary bid documents, including proposals and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with estimators and other internal teams to compile accurate information.
• Ensure all bids are submitted accurately and on time through various platforms.
• Maintain an organized database of all bid submissions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• An associate degree or higher is required.
• At least one year of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within the construction or landscaping industry.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
• Experience with office management is a plus.
