Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Audience Development Director to lead and actively execute our audience growth initiatives. This is a highly hands-on role—ideal for someone who not only builds smart strategy but also rolls up their sleeves to manage and optimize campaigns directly. From SEM and SEO to paid media, email marketing, and content performance, this role drives engagement and expands reach across our digital channels. The right candidate is both a doer and a leader, capable of collaborating across teams while taking personal ownership of key growth levers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategy:

o Develop and execute comprehensive audience growth strategies to increase engagement and traffic to askhomey.com.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align audience development efforts with overall business objectives.

· Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

o Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns to maximize ROI and drive traffic.

o Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

· Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO):

o Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and improve website ranking.

o Incorporate Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) techniques to increase visibility in AI-driven and zero-click search environments.

o Develop forward-thinking content strategies that evolve with changing search behavior and prioritize structured, high-authority content for both traditional and AI-powered search results.

o Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are applied.

· Paid Media:

o Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring effective budget allocation and targeting.

o Manage and optimize individual Certified client paid media campaigns, ensuring effective budget allocation and targeting.

o Track and report on paid media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

· Email Campaign Strategy:

o Manage the email service provider (ESP), specifically ActiveCampaign, to execute and optimize email marketing campaigns.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams for email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions, to align triggers and retargeting paid media campaigns.

o Segment audiences and personalize email content to improve open rates and click-through rates.

· Category Strategy:

o Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform strategic decisions.

· Content & Blog Management:

o Oversee the creation and management of high-quality, engaging blog content that resonates with our target audience.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience in audience development, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a focus on SEM, SEO, and paid media.

· Demonstrated success in developing and executing audience growth strategies.

· Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

· Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
