Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Project Manager who is bilingual (English and Spanish) to oversee commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage high expectations while maintaining budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish.

· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams.

· Ensure compliance with all safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.

· Communicate effectively with teams, clients, architects, and engineers.

· Prepare progress reports and resolve any project-related issues promptly.

· Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and clear communications.

Qualifications

· Experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience specifically in commercial and high-end residential construction.

· Fluency in English and Spanish

· Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and construction documentation.

· Proficiency with project management tools (Basic computer skills, Microsoft word, Excell, etc.)

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Thorough knowledge of building codes, permit, and safety regulations.

· Experience working with luxury finishes and specialized subcontractors
