Day Shift LPNs & RNs (Full or Part-Time)
Shift: 12-Hour Days | Hours: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
Schedule: 23 days per week with rotating weekends
Patient Ratio: 1 nurse to 6 patients

Who Were Hiring:

• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Registered Nurses (RNs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete patient assessments and create/update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per care protocols
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and home care
• Respond effectively to emergencies with strong clinical judgment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment

Preferred Clinical Experience:

• IV administration
• Pediatric and young adult care
• G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator management
• Wound care and emergency response
• Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• Active, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• At least 1 year of experience in:
  • Acute Care
  • Rehab
  • Hospital
  • Home Health
  • Hospice
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Willingness to participate in designated disaster response team (Team A, B, or C)

Compensation:

$25.00 $41.00 per hour (Based on license type and experience)
