About the Role

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking to launch your career in global logistics? We are seeking an Import Logistics Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our supply chain moving smoothly. You don't need decades of experience—just a great attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Salary: $23 - $25 per hour
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities:

• Follow incoming shipments from start to finish, handle scheduling, and follow up on any delays.

• Prepare and review important shipping documents (like bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists) to make sure everything is accurate.

• Work closely with customs brokers to ensure shipments clear customs smoothly and follow U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) rules.

• Monitor shipping statuses and proactively share updates with clients and team members.

• Help process and document shipments moving in and out of our Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ).

• Act as the main point of contact for import clients—answering questions, resolving issues, and keeping them happy.

• Maintain positive, friendly relationships with our customers, shipping carriers, and vendors.
