Golden Talent Solutions has been retained to conduct a confidential search for an experienced Florida Personal Injury Litigation Attorney on behalf of a growing and well-established plaintiff law firm with offices in Boca Raton and Plantation, Florida .

Position Overview

We are seeking a Florida-licensed plaintiff personal injury litigation attorney who can independently manage a high-volume docket of approximately 75 to 100 active litigation matters from suit through resolution. The ideal candidate is confident operating with minimal supervision , exercises sound judgment, communicates effectively, and consistently moves cases forward with urgency.

This role is best suited for an attorney who is organized, accountable, strategic, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate may work from either the firm’s Boca Raton office or Plantation office based on preference and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage approximately 75 to 100 active litigation files

• Handle cases from filing through settlement, dismissal, trial, or resolution

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and negotiations

• Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case value

• Maintain deadlines, calendars, documentation, and file momentum

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the case

• Work effectively with case managers, support staff, and leadership

• Prepare cases for trial when necessary

• Escalate significant issues requiring leadership input while handling day-to-day matters independently

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred

• Strong command of Florida civil procedure and litigation practice

• Proven ability to independently manage a meaningful litigation caseload

• Deposition, mediation, and motion practice experience

• Strong negotiation and case valuation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized, accountable, and results-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working with autonomy and limited supervision
