Lee Health is seeking a Sleep Medicine Physician!

Lee Health system is a non-profit organization comprised of more than 16,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,250 employed primary care and specialty physicians/providers with more than 100 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has 4 acute care hospitals and 2 specialty hospitals that together house 1,812 hospital beds.

Position Information:

Lee Physician Group is seeking a physician BE/BC in Sleep Medicine to join their very busy and growing team. Currently, the group has three full time physicians and three APPs. Sleep Medicine is referred, so physicians order and read their own studies. Average patient load is 10-15 a day. Sleep Medicine Department is through the Neuroscience Institute.

There are two adult sleep labs and one pediatric sleep lab. Need is primarily for adult sleep medicine. An interest in academic medicine is a plus, as the program works closely with IM & FM residents.
